Remove Message - Internet Email Auto-Protect is disabled

We have a small group of computers in which we need to disable the Internet Email Auto-Protect Settings.  When we rolled this out as a test the systems come up with a message on the Symantec Endpoint Protection icon in the taskbar:

Internet Email AutoProtect is disabled.

The icon also shows a red circle with a line thru it instead of the normal green checkbox when everything is normal.

If you double click on the icon you get the following with a button to fix:

How can i prevent this from showing up (esp since Im making the policy change from the server).
