Doubts SEE-RS

I'm beginning to Symantec Endpoint Encryotion.

Please help me with this doubts

To install SEE-RS is an essential requirement to have an active directory or eDirectory ..?

There is way to install SEE-RS type stand-alone ..?

May be installed on the same PC, PGP Desktop and SEE ..?
