How to encript files automatically with Symantec Encryption Desktop?

Hi,

A company is going to pull files from a FTP server that we created.

I need to encrypt that files that the company is going to pickup.

I bought Symanrec Encryption Desktop but how can I encrypt automatically the files that I'm going to put in the share folder that the FTP is using?
