Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition.cloud on VM: 2008 r2 with Exchange and on 2012 R2 Domain controller

Hi,

Recently added a 2012 R2 Full install with Hyper-V role hosting two VM, 

2008 R2 running Exchange 2010

2012 R2 as DC, FPS.

I have created a seperate Group, a system policy and a seperate Endpoint protection policy just for the servers.

Disabled SONAR, smart firewall, intrusion prevention is ON

Are there any recommedations before applying this to the servers? Does the cloud agent automatically configure based on Exchange role and Domain controller / File server roles ?
