SMTP header as parameter for script lookup plugin

Hello colleagues,

I need create a script lookup plug-in to resolve machine names and logged usernames. For SMTP incidents I see an ip address of the smtp-relay in the field "sender-ip". Original messages have smtp header "x-originating-ip". That header contents client ip. Do I have any possible to transmit the "x-originating-ip" into my script?
