SEP 12 RU5 upgrades...any issues?

Looking for any information on SEP 12 RU5 upgrades from others who have already pushed to the new version. Our environment is very large and has taken hits from SEP due to traffic or server issues.

Our environment:

40000+ clients (includes over 3000 servers) globally, W2K Pro, XP, Win7, Win8, Win2K Serv, Win2K3 Serv, Win2K8 Serv, Win2012, HyperV, VMWare 

5 SEPM

1 SQL DB

Has anyone had any network issues after upgrade?

Any issues with policies after upgrade?

Any issues with legacy clients after upgrade?

How long did you take to upgrade?

Any help would be appreciated.
