Upgrade to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5

just trying to make upgrade from 12.1.4023.4080 as it visible on screenshot

with downloaded file
Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_SBE_12.1.5_Part1_Installation_EN

and after starting Setup.exe from directory where extracted files were I received this message
