SMSME 7.0.0.63 flagging same domain as spam

Hi guys. I have Exchange 2010 running on 2008 R2, with SMSME as above. We are moving some email accounts to googleapps, with the same email domain name. The problem is that every mail coming from google to Exchange goes to junk folder, flagged like this:

X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AVStamp-Mailbox: SYMANTEC;529399936;0;info

SMSME is configured to delete spam and suspected spam, and the email domain is added as whitelist. Any ideas on how to make this work?
