Difference between time in CCSVM console and Win2012

Hello.

I have the next issue: system time in Windows 2012 and CCSVM console (console+scan engine) differ.

I think it happen because time in CCSVM console take from Java configs (which don't have latest updates) for my timezone.

How to solve this issue? How to change system time in CCSVM console?
