How to pull Intrusion Prevention log from SEPM console

Hi,

I'm having two question

1) How to pull IPS log from SEPM console.

2)In a scenario if we added exclusion for a IP address in IPS exclusion host and for Firewall rule to allow the same IP address, which one is take primary to perform the action.
