Why SEE Login Screens are different?

I'm hoping this is an easy one.

I installed the Symanetc Endpoint Encryption Agent, Drive Encryption and Removable Storage softwares on two different laptops.

On one laptop, the login screen is white and on another the screen is black.

I really prefer the black screen. I can't figure out how/why I thought it mignt be one is a 32-bit install and the other is 

64-bit, but that is not cause after testing a few times.
