Symantec Management Agent on GUP set to Disabled

While fixing my GUPs from the last problem I came across 3 of them, that were recently created, that have a different setting than all the others.

The Symantec Management Agent is set to Disabled and I cannot change it.

These GUPs were recently created to replace the SEPM servers that were acting as GUPs as well.

I am wondering if they were misconfigured when they were originally set up.

Any ideas?
