I need a solution
3 SEPM's - SEP12 RU4MP1 installed. SQL database 2012 - dedicated VM server.
Amount of clients: 35000 .
Our SQL admin has highlighted that 2-3 tables are almost 200GB big and growing. Is this normal ?
I have checked all the database settings in the console (using best practices) and still no decrease in table size.
Can anyone @ Symantec please help with a SQL script to cleanup entries that are older than 1 year? How else can we reduce the size of these tables without corrupting the database?
The tables that have been identified are the following:
Table_Name | rows | reserved_KB |
AGENT_SYSTEM_LOG_1 | 125440171 | 241103512 KB |
SERVER_CLIENT_LOG_1 | 34727765 | 26093616 KB |
AGENT_SYSTEM_LOG_2 | 9930913 | 19363272 KB |
