I need a solution

Guys,

We have installed a client package on a Terminal Server(2012 r2) and have noticed after the installation is complete that Windows loses its activation. We therefore have to uninstall SEP with clean wipe and reboot to allow us to activate. However, when we want to install SEP again, wheather it be by remote push or client package installation that is monitored or unmonitored, we still notice that windows is deactivated after installtion. It is a never ending chain....

The "Software Protection" service timeouts when symantec is installed not letting us activate. We have tried multiple routes in regard to microsoft activation tools with no success. We can uninstall SEP and everything will be fine. We have SEPM on a 2012 r2 server(DC) and have NO issues.

No sure what the issue is or how to solve it. Maybe we can rever back to another SEP version?

Any thoughts? Much appreciated.
